A special request for my good friend Jo also known as 
This is his other Fan Character character Kasumi. When I first drawing Kasumi, I had a art block because I only drew her chest part and couldn't fugure out the rest of her cloths should look. So I had to look for some reference of a certain character of his favorite Mortal Kombat game. So here is the finishing verison I did for her cloths, plus still kept her top shirt she already has, and I made her ponytail longer.
